This is both a dynamic movement and softening class working with the physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual bodies. We develop the observer within, our sensory nature and self-connection, as well as our relationship to our physical and subtle body.

We use meditative movement to enhance the four forms of perception, expanding your peripheral awareness both physically and in subtle dimensions. We develop internal awareness, external awareness, proprioception, then also awareness of force, strength, pace, and position. Lastly, the more advanced level of pre-proprioception, otherwise known as uncovering the tendencies before movement.
